  29.   BBS FISH-ALONG TAKES A NEW
  30.             TWIST
  31.  
  32.      Sat. June 27 was the third
  33. annual                      BBS
  34. fish-along-the-grand.  However,
  35. instead of catching fish, yours
  36. truly decided he would  try  to
  37. catch an  usual  species.   The
  38. "RUSS-FISH".     This     large
  39. creature can usually be  caught
  40. in certain times  of  the  year
  41. around the BCI area, and in the
  42. summer, near a pool.  What bait
  43. to use is perhaps  the  hardest
  44. thing  to  determine.   I  used
  45. "Miller Tall Boy", a large beer
  46. can.   However,  after  several
  47. unsuccesful attempts, I was not
  48. able to hoo a RUSS-FISH.   Some
  49. say my bait was not big enough,
  50. not  enticing  enough.   Others
  51. say that the  RUSS-FISHes  just
  52. weren't biting yesterday.   Who
  53. knows?  If further  development
  54. takes place  in  the  catch  of
  55. RUSS-FISH, you'll hear it  here
  56. first!!!

  59.          REAGAN-RAMMAGE

  62.      Jim Rammage has just moved
  63. to the United States, to  stand
  64. alongside the  U.S.  president,
  65. Ronald  Reagan.    Rammage   is
  66. apparently working on  the  SDI
  67. problem.  I have  been  examing
  68. several  satellites   recently,
  69. and I have noticed some of Jims
  70. handywork.     For     example,
  71. Aploplo  542  has  'Color  '87'
  72. written on the  underside.   Is
  73. this coincedence?  Could it  be
  74. that our Sysop  is  hoping  for
  75. soviet callers?  Stay tuned!

  78.   RUSS MAKES IT UP THE HILL!

  81.      Yesterdays  fish  involved
  82. walking down a  VERY  long  and
  83. fairly steep hill.  No problem.
  84. But getting back  up!?   YIKES!
  85. I personally was in  charge  of
  86. getting Mr. Russ up that  large
  87. hill.  He just didn't  want  to
  88. do it.  So I tied a  large  can
  89. of  beer  on  a   string,   and
  90. dragged it up the  hill.   Dave
  91. ran after the beer, so I had to
  92. run   faster.     Within    two
  93. minutes, we had made it up  the
  94. hill.  And Russ was  left  with
  95. the beer, me nothing!

  126. language!  This one  is  called
  127. "PICKUP", and boy  is  it  ever
  128. handy!   The  language  can  be
  129. modified for use by  both  male
  130. and female gender, however, the
  131. stong  lean   is   the   male's
  132. advantage.  Here is one  sample
